My last post on this blog was last year. I stopped blogging here because I am giving my commitment to my another blog like Fyzal's Territory and Mind Heart Lines. I am also handling one blog in Bahasa Melayu called Salam Sejahtera.

It is kind of my bad habit trying to challenge myself to handle few blogs in the same time and this what happens - some blog got abandoned. But I will sometimes to write something here. Blogging is still my desire. I am practicing to write by blogging more and more.

Learn Other Language

The rapid development and fast evolution which happen all around the world requires people to improve themselves and one of the requirement is to be able to use or to speak in more than one language, maybe two or three or four or more. People might be learn many kinds of language such as Bahasa Melayu, Arabic, English, French, Mandarin, Japanese and etc. The ability to use more than one language has many advantages and one of them is in the matter of getting job. For example, in Malaysia, a person who can speak in Malay, English and Mandarin might have better chance to get a particular job compared to a person who able to use only two of these three language. However, other requirement must be also fulfilled by that candidate. Without a good academic performance, the ability to speak in more than one or two language will not guarantee the position for that particular job.

In Malaysia, students especially university's students must learn third language beside Bahasa Melayu. If they are Chinese or Indian, they must learn other language beside their mother tongue language. Most university students pretty well at English, so they are required to learn third language such as Arabic, French, and Japanese, there are also few other language. This is very important to make them very competitive and the ability to use or speak in this third language will help so much when the time of job seeking.

So, nowadays, not only university students, working people who never learn third language before still can find the opportunity to learn the third language if they already can speak in at least two language. You can go for language class or just find the books or you can learn online whether online classes or get the ebooks if you prefer to learn and study just by using your laptop or personal computer. The world today makes a lot of things easier.

So, good luck to those who want to try it and improve themselves along with the world that never stop to change.

We are at the end of year 2008. Some people are succeed for everything they did in this year 2008 and some of them are facing the failure. Talking about success and failure, in blogging activities, some bloggers are very success and some bloggers are doing not so well but they not fail.

For bloggers who have blog that were frequently visited by a lot of visitors and readers, they are said as successful bloggers and more successful bloggers are they bloggers that not only have a lot of visitors and readers, but they also make money from their blog - a lot of money.

Technology changes so fast, so rapid where at one point you could think you can ever chase it. As technology develops, people need more space and yeah me too and everyone else. So what space I am trying to mention here, actually I mean a hard disk space, years ago 20 or 40 Gigabytes might be enough but now, I am addicted to collect series such as Supernatural, Heroes, Prison Break and 24 where I need more space. See, how technology can make people greed even to thing such as tv series. So, now I am looking forward for new external hard disk.

This time we are going for something that a little bit adventurous whereas previously I was writing vacation in Italy, France and Spain - these place, I categorized them the places for romantic moment, but this time, still for romantic vacation but with some stuff that make you feel the adventure. Come on guys, lets go to Africa to see and play around with those animals there and to know the culture that exists in the place called Africa.

Before, we are going for some adventure, you need the place to stay dude. So just choose one from these top rated hotels - Riad Zolah, Dar Charkia, Riad Numero 9, Dar Silsila and many more. Kind of weirdo names rights but who care, the language just weird to those who didn't understand it. I don't really know how the hotel looks like but I believe those hotels must be great especially fot people who love to be in Africa.

Is it co-related with that Duma Explorer? Maybe not. How About Spain?

Besides Italy and France, Spain is kind attracting me too. Personally say, I think Spain is the best place for Honeymoon, maybe, but maybe for some people it is not. Yeah, they have their own options. LOL! But if you gives me France, Italy and Spain. I might probably choose Spain instead France and Italy.

Alright fellas, lets see what we got in Spain. As I posted before about Italy and France, first of all when you reached there, accommodation is the first thing you need after a long journey, right? Many hotels to be chosen and few of them are La Villa Marbella - Charming Hotel, Molino del Santo, Aiguaclara Hotel, Hotel Casa Grande, Hospederia de El Churrasco.

People go vacation for having activities, having fun and trying new things at other countries. So, here some activities that might be available in Spain by naming Spain's top rated attractions such as Sanddancers, Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park, Casa de la Memoria de Al-Andalus, La Carihuela, Loro Parque, No Frills Excursions, Cycling Country.

Besides various of hotels and activities in Spain, another attraction is, for me, Spain's football. One of the best football exists in Spain after the English Premier League. If I have chance to be there in Spain, I'm will looking for the stadiums such as Nou Camp when my favorite team is there. I might be able to meet few Spain's players - Carlos Puyol, Victor, Valdes, Fernando Torres and David Villa. Who knows right?

Handling Many Blogs

I am challenging myself by having few blogs and it really not an easy thing to handle few blogs in the same time. At point, you will be lack of ideas about what to blog about. My main blog is so called Mind Heart Lines. It kind of personal blog but I'm also blogging about commercial stuff on Mind Heart Lines. This is another blog and I named it as Shop's Base Not For Rent and here I try to write something that contain a little bit knowledge and some of commercial stuff too. Another blog is called To Blog Everything and as its name, I want to blog everything there on various matters but I didn't have so much idea. Recently I made another blog written in my national language - Bahasa Melayu or some people call Bahasa Malaysia and this blog can be surfed at http://salam-sejahtera.blogspot.com.

I hope I can maintain all these four blogs but I am not sure how long I can handle all these four blogs but I have to try because if I didn't try, how can I know whether I can handle few blogs or not. It's fun blogging but to keep it always updated is not easy. However, what can I say, blogging nowadays becomes part of current life-style.

It had been a while since I wrote about vacation Italy but just to remind you, my post is based on my research because I found that it is quite interesting to know about how it likes to have vacation in foreign countries, it is not base on my experience. This time I choose France. Why France? Simply said, just because I think France is just nice as Italy. So, what we have in France? First of all, because you have variety options for your accommodations, to name few of them - Hotel Luxembourg Parc, Jays Paris, Chateau de Bouceel, Hotel Le Nautilus and Villa St. Maxime. However, the main attraction of France, as everyone knows is Eiffel Tower. So, what you gonna do when you are in France? Lots of activities for you and the main one is going tour around Eiffel Tower, snap as much pictures as you want and they will become one of the sweetest memory in your life. If I'm in France right now, the first thing I will do is looking for Zidane and get some coffee with him and talk about football.

Recently I get interested in finding out about the vacation in foreign country. I made some reading and surfing to find out the interesting thing about foreign country. Currently, I am still not affordable to go for the vacation in foreign country but I believe one day I will. I want to start with Italy because some people said Italy is one of the nicest countries with beautiful view and landscape. When people go for vacation, of course, the first thing is to have accommodation for their comfortability and Italy really has few top rated hotels such as Hotel Vecchio Asilo, Hotel Davanzati, Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo, Sant' Antonio, and Hotel Villa Ducale. Doesn't the hotel name sound very nice. I don't learn Italy's language so I don't know of the hotel's name has certain meaning.

You must want to optimize your time when having vacation in Italy and there are a lot of outdoors activities in Italy. Biking, touring, know their culture and have some adventure and reality of Real Rome. When I did some reading and look for the overview of having vacation in Italy or travel in Italy, it really looks so attracting. If you are football soccer, maybe you will accidentally meet with the great goalkeeper, Buffon or other some Italy's National players, who knows.

I don't know if there is anybody out there don't want to be rich or never have an intention to be rich. While I did my notes this morning, suddenly, I was thinking about money because as a student money is really a big problem if we fail to manage it is the wisest manner. I really do something to gain some extra cash such as involving myself in multi level marketing and doing a blog stuff to increase fund in my Paypal. I have Google Adsense on my every blog even I believe make money with Google Adsense is not easy.

,EURO 2008 - the current world's main event and everyone is full with the spirit of EURO. So, what I can say, I love football so much even though I couln't watch every match on television. As Austia and Switzerland are the host together for EURO 2008, I'm expecting some great football from these both coutries even they are not the favorite teams. The EURO is one of the greatest football's event in the world and all eyes on it and to see which European team is the best team and the best team is the team which will win this EURO 2008. In EURO 2004, Greece was proving itself to be the greatest in Euro after beating Portugal in final 2004.

For this EURO 2008, I choose France or Germany or Netherland to win, however Portugal also in my option and I don't want Italy, i hate them so much.

New Look

It has been a while after my last post on 14th May. I left this blog behind just for a while, plus I didn't get so much opportunity to make review on this blog. Today, I decided to change the face of this blog as I did to my another blog. The another blog is using blue and black theme but for this one I choose the blue and white theme because I think it seems more professional. In addition, I keep the 3 columns for better look and wide look.

It provides a lot of information about lastest and coolest gadgets ever created and some of them are really available in the market. I can say, this man is one of the great man ever inspired me but he is not in number one place. The greatest man ever inspired me is another one else and I will write about Him later because he so special and he is listed as the number One man who ever changes the world.

So, this time post about the man who was born on February 12, 1809 and he was a son of two uneducated farmers. However being the child of tow uneducated farmers was not a big deal for Abraham Lincoln, and because of his hard work and positive thinking, he became the 16th President of United States. I have no intention to talk about US at all because US never inspired me, only Lincoln inspired me.

He proved to us, anyone can become the main authority of one country, even though you are coming from poor family and so on. Never give an excuse. Just work hard, think positive, never give up and keep going on with life.

The rumors is spreading now, that there will be Malaysian Cube Competition at the end of May 2008. Even though, there is no clear confirmation from Toys R Us, but a few speed cubers in Malaysia are talking about it.

I used to be impressed by this girl when she went to Oxford University as early as 13 year old and I used to be proud of her because when she went to Oxford University, she was Malaysian, and genius. Since she went to Oxford, it never comes to my mind that she will be the person as she is now and you know it. All Malaysians know and Malaysian Government knows what happened to Sufiah now. Malaysian Government can't do so much because she no longer Malaysian.

Believe me, being genius or very intelligent is not the greatest advantage in the world, it is about how wise you manage your life. If you are only genius in one particular field and you failed to manage your life, you are nothing in this world, but I can't deny how rich Sufiah now because she really earn a lot of money from what she is doing now, and to me it is really unexpected. That's why in our life, at one point, we have to expect the unexpected, because life is so unpredictable.

Sufiah now, becomes one of the hottest stories among Malaysians, maybe especially among people who was to praise her when she was an innocent girl who entered Oxford at the age of 13.

The title of this post might seem and sound so prejudice, because the title might refer to all people all around the world without any exception, but that is not my intention, because I think (so, it is totally my opinion) usually people hate advertisement because advertisement disturb the tv programmes they want to watch where sometimes advertisement is appearing longer that the tv programmes and people don't really prefer to see the advertisement on the blogs and websites.

On television, more than 90 percents of advertisement just a lie (this fact is not applicable to all country, maybe applicable to my country). The advertisement said like this and like that, but, when consumers bought and used the products, the result is totally different as showed on the advertisement - that's why people hate advertisement. However, advertisement is still an important area especially in business, marketing and promoting product. Advertisement is the best medium for marketing and promoting, plus not all advertisers lie.

So, basically, I'm not prejudice, even I have to admit sometimes I hate advertisement but I still put advertisement on my blogs. That how blogs should work.

I will only stated few Articles from Federal Constitution as I wrote in my previous post with the title "Malaysians!! Now Our Constitution".

The following parts are taken from Malaysian Federal Constitution (but I will not take all part of the particular Article to be written here) ;

Article 3. Religion of Federation
(1) Islam is the religion of the Federation; but other religions may be practised in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation.

Article 4. Supreme law of the Federation
(1) This Constitution is the supreme law of the Federation and any law passed after Merdeka Day which is inconsistent with this Constitution shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.

Fundamental Liberties

Article 5. Liberty of the person
(1) No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty save in accordance with law.

Article 6. Slavery and forced labour prohibited
(1) No person shall be held in slavery.
(2) All forms of forced labour are prohibited, but Parliament may by law provide for compulsary service for national purposes.

Article 7. Protection against retrospective criminal law and repeated trials
(1) No person shall be punished for an act or omission which was not punished by law when it was done or made, and ........
(2) A person who has been acquitted or convicted on an offence shall not be tried again for the same offence except ........

Article 11. Freedom of religion
(1) Every person has the right to profess and practise his religion and subject to Clause (4), to propagate it.

Article 12. Right in respect of education
(1) Without prejudice to the generality of Article 8, there shall be no discrimination against any citizen on the grounds only of religion, race, descent or place of birth -
(a) in the administration of any educational institution by a public authority, and, in particular, the admission of pupils or students or the payment of fees;

Article 13. Rights to property
(1) No person shall be deprived of property save in accordance with law.

Article 153. Reservation of quotas in respect of services, permit, etc., for Malays and natives of any of the States of Sabah and Sarawak
(1) It shall be the responsibility of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to safeguard the special position of the Malays and natives of any of the States of Sabah and Sarawak and the legitimate interests of other communities to accordance with the provisions of this Article.

Malaysians!! Know Our Constitution

Constitution can be divided into written and unwritten constitution. Malaysia adapts written constitution. Malaysian Constitution called Malaysian Federal Constitution and it is the highest law of the land. As Constitution is the highest law, it is a supreme authority of the federation and constitutional supremacy applied. Constitution supremacy means Constitution has superiority over ordinary laws in that any Act passed which is inconsistent with the Constitution shall be void to the extent of the inconsistency. Constitution limits the powers of executive, legislature and judiciary.

Malaysian Federal Constitution consists 183 Articles and 13 Schedules. Among the main Articles to be mentioned here is Article 3, Article 4, Article 5-13, and Article 153. Other Articles also important but I only want to focus on the Articles said above. Article three about Islam as religion of federation, Article 4 is about Federal Constitution as supreme law of the land, Article 5-13 stated the fundamental liberties and Article 153 regarding special position of Malays and native Sabah and Sarawak.

Life Likes Rubik's Cube

Is it relevant to say that life likes Rubik's Cube? In my another blog I wrote life likes water. This time I want to say life also likes Rubik's Cube. At first place, you have one Rubik's Cube which the arrangement of all six colors are in order and nice to see. Life changes to worse condition and messes up when you choose to scramble the Rubik's Cube and all six colors not in their places anymore. That's the analogy.

Then, if you wise and you learn to fix you life, you will be able to fix all six colors of Rubik's Cube in their positions back. If you want to fix the Rubik's Cube, you have to learn to solve it, and that's how life goes on. You have to learn to live and learn to solve the problems. Maybe because my obsession with Rubik's Cube, I make such an analogy and if you disagree with me, that's your right because people observe life with different views and opinions. I observe life likes water and Rubik's Cube.

So, again, is it relevant to say life likes Rubik's Cube. Definitely, my answer is BIG YES.

My Ride

Howdy bloggers and readers. We not blog and surf blog and website for every second of our life. We need to go out and get fresh air and feel the peace of world (even I must admit, the world does not that peaceful). So, when you are going somewhere, what kind of transport do you prefer - cars, bikes, buses, planes, boats, ferries, bicycles or lorries?

I love cars and bikes but usually I ride on my bike (actually not my own bike, it belongs to my dad). Malaysia proudly presents Modenas Jaguh (this bike produces few years ago), the easy ride with 175cc and 5 speeds. Silver in color. This type of bike is limited, yeah limited edition of Modenas Jaguh.

People rarely can see this type of Jaguh on the Malaysia's road. There is another design of Jaguh. I didn't have the picture of that another design, The another design owned by more people compare to the kidn of Jaguh I have ( my dad has actually). IBut I consider this bike is mine. LOL.

Some people can make it,but other keep smoking even though they try so hard to stop that bad habit. Some people socially smoking and I think those who socially smoking are unique people because usually when a person start to smoke, he/she want to try and try again until the he/she become an addict to cigarette.

Constitution and Constitutionalism

Now, I am officially reactivating my first blog after I left it behind for a while. I made a decision to reactivate this blog by writing one entry regarding legal matter. Plus, my final exam is just round a corner. I am thinking, by writing something legal matter, it will help me to remember what I had learn in this 4 months.

As far as I concern, each country in this world must have its own constitutional law. When talking about constitutional law, two important things involve namely constitution and constitutionalism. So what the differences between these two things.

Constitution according to A.V. Dicey is "all rules which directly or indirectly affected the distribution of the sovereign power in the state make up the Constitution of the State". However there are also another definitons given by another legal experts. Simply said, a constitution lays down the most important rules that describe the organs of the State - their organization and form of administration, their composition, functions, powers, limit and mutual relationship which is the relationship between the government and citizens, it also mentions the fundamental liberties of citizens and the procedure to amend the constitution.

While constitutionalism is a number of universal doctrine whose purpose is to ensure the governmental powersare limited and the adherence of these doctrines ensure the good governance and the workability of the Constitution. The doctrines namely Rule of Law, Separation of Power and Responsible Government.

The point is, the constitution is the law itself but constitutionalism is the notion. Some countries successfully adapt the notion in their law but some are less succeed.

Template's Change

I am having a problem with previous template even though I like it so much with mixing color of black, white and pink. The font color cause me a problem. At the body section, the font color is okay, but when it comes to side bar, the font is not suitable with the black background. The problem is the font on body section and side bar is on the same code. So, I can read the text on body section, bot on the side bar. So I decided to change to this template. I think the element of orange is not so bad.

Finally I decided to officially reopen this blog. This blog basically my first blog and I started it in May 2006. I stop it for a while on March 2008. Now, I reopen this blog. I hope I can handle this blog in better way together with another blog.

Third entry on this blog for today. It clearer that I really want to make this blog alive again. I want to change the URL, but for real, Blogger doesn't permit the change of the URL. So I have to stick with the URL http://suaradalamkata.blogspot.com or in English http://voiceinwords.blogspot.com.

So, for global readers and bloggers, just ignore the URL name if you didn't understand what it means. This blog will be activated again but better posts and entries will appear later. Not today for sure. So, I have to learn to handle two blogs. This blog had been started in May 2006. Because of the lack of traffic, I decided to establish the other blog. But the other blog to young and I still didn't have page rank on that blog.

I stop posting on this blog last month and now I want to post on this blog again. Plus, this blog has PR of two. If there is any reader, blogger and surfer accidentally reached this blog. Please support myself to reestablish this blog by leaving your wise comments.

Some Modifications

Some modifications had been made on this blog, so I think I make myself clear of my intention to develop again this blog and make it "alive" and full of "spirit". I changed the title of the blog to English and remove some sections for a while. However no change will be made to the layout of this blog because I'm quite love this templates with some pink color, pink not for girls only.

For sure, it will take some time to make this alive back after I left it behind for a while to focus on my other blog, because at first place, I think I should not be able to handle two blogs at the same time, but if I'm not trying to challenge myself to handle two blogs at one time, I will never know whether I can do it or not.

If there is any reader, blogger or surfer accidentally reached this blog, please give opinion about reopen this blog. Thanks.

To be Reopened

I was leaving this blog for a while and now I'm thinking to reopen this blog and back to actively blogging on this blog. Originally, this is the blog which is written in my national language - Bahasa Malaysia. I am just planning to reopen it, not for sure yet. I might change to English, not because I'm lack of patriotism but there are few goals and reasons why I have to change it to English.

The plan is on plan. Just wait and see if I can really reopen this blog and make it active.

Semasa saya menulis entri ini, saya membahagikan jiwa saya kepada tiga bahagian. Pada bahagian pertama jiwa saya, saya rasa saya tidak memerlukan kawan. Bahagian jiwa yang kedua pula merasakan kehendak untuk mempunyai rakan. Bahagian ketiga meronta-ronta mengharapkan adanya sahabat dalam kehidupan.

Maka banyak orang tidak bisa membedakan antara kawan, rakan dan sahabat. Baru-baru ini ada satu perbualan dengan seorang rakan, dan tanpa saya sedari saya memberi pandangan sendiri tentang hakikat kawan, rakan dan sahabat, mungkin ada yang setuju, mungkin ramai juga yang tidak setuju.

Kawan: Semua orang di sekeliling kamu, samada kamu kenali selama sehari, sejam, seminit mahupun sesaat.

Rakan: Kamua ketawa, dia ketawa. Kamu menangis, dia diam sahaja.

Sahabat: Kamu ketawa, dia ketawa tetapi ketawanya lebih perlahan daripada kamu. Kamu menangis, dia menangis, tetapi tangisnya lebih teruk daripada kamu.

Syukur, sekali lagi berpeluang mengikut program sastera yang dianjurkan oleh DBP, kali ini oleh DBP Wilayah Utara. Sedikit sebanyak ilmu kepenyairan dapat ditimba terutamanya daripada Prof Rahman Shaari dan Prof Muhammad Hj Salleh. Terima kasih tak terhingga kepada Puan Khairiyah sebagai pengurus projek dan semua peserta Perkampungan Penulis Muda Wilayah Utara..

Erm.. Dah Banyak Hari

Isk isk isk, dah dekat 10 ke 11 hari tak mengarut dalam blog sendiri. Kenduri kendara sana sini, sampai dah tak cukup "space" nak sumbat nasi dalam tembolok ni. Nak cakap cakap sikit pasal isu yang takkan basi, isu panas, isu negara, isu agama dan bangsa, isu politik,ekonomi dan sosial (PES). Apa lagi kalau bukan pasal Hindu Right Action Force atau pendeknya Hindraf yang cibai.

Mintak maaf cakap la, kadang kala aku fikir bangsa yang bukan asal dari Tanah Melayu ni memang tak sedar diri. Bukan semua, segelintir yang macam Hindraf yang cibai tu. Tolonglah, dah dapat kerakyatan tu, kira dah cukup bagus, dapat makan, pakai, tempat nak lepak, tak puas hati lagi ke pun. Org India Hindu pun ada je yang jadi menteri - menteri, wakil-wakil rakyat. takkan nak kata kerajaan tak "fair" lagi. Jangan ingat orang India je masih ada yang melarat, orang Melayu Cina pun ada lagi yang hidup susah. Sama - sama la kita bangunkan bangsa masing-masing. Gunakanlah saluran yang betul, yang intelek, yang tak susahkan pihak lain. Banyak cara lagi, nak atau taknak je.

Cakap banyak pun tak guna, kalau dah tak sedar diri tu, memang susahlah. Cuba-cuba jadi manusia sedar diri.

p/s: Entri di atas dengan emosi marah pada pihak yang terbabit. Tolong renung-renung diri masing-masing, tak kira apa jua bangsa saudara/saudari.

Di Stadium Perak, dua sentuhan penyerang veteran, Khalid Jamlus membolehkan tuan rumah membuka kempen musim baru dengan kemenangan 2-0 menewaskan wakil Brunei, DPMM FC.

Gol pembukaan hadir selepas hanya empat minit aksi apabila Khalid menerima kemas umpanan pendek Mohd Razali Umar dan meledakkan rembatan menewaskan penjaga gol DPMM FC, Mohd Wardun Yussof dan gol kedua pada minit terakhir perlawanan hasil umpanan Ahmad Shahrul Azhar.

Saya Suka Baca Buku..

Ramai orang suka baca buku. Aku pun suka baca buka juga. Soalnya, apa yang kita dapat daripada buku yang kita baca. Banyak orang baca bahan yang daripadanya dia akan dapat benda yang tak berguna pun, tetapi banyak juga orang yang membaca perkara yang bagus-bagus belaka. Jadi membaca tu banyak kebaikan atau keburukan. Banyak orang kata membaca banyak baiknya, tapi adalah juga buruknya. Mana ada benda sempurna dalam dunia ni. Baca majalah porno, bukan ke tak baik tu.

Pornografi, sukar untuk dielakkan.

Dulu aku..

Dulu aku pernah nak jadi cikgu, dan aku hampir jadi cikgu. (tak lah hampir sangat sebenarnya). Sekarang aku tau (dari dulu lagi aku dah tau sebenarnya), memang aku patut serius dalam bidang undang-undang. Erm, dulu aku nyaris jadi cikgu Matematik sebenarnya, tapi kini jalan yang aku lalui adalah untuk jadi peguam, magistrate, hakim dan yang seumpama dengannya. Doakan aku berjaya.

Anugerah Untuk Semua

Kalau dulu dulu yang baik-baik dan bagus-bagus sahaja dapat anugerah, tapi sekarang tidak lagi. Semua dapat anugerah, yang cemerlang dapat anugerah, yang tidak cemerlang pun dapat anugerah juga. Semacam rasa lebih saksama jika dibuat begitu. Masing-masing dapat ganjaran atas pencapaian yang ditunjukkan. Yang penting di sini, adalah molek jika PBT dan PTD di seluruh negara berhati-hati dan bersihkan segala apa yang patut dibersihkan menggunakan penyapu masing-masing sebelum kerajaan negeri-negeri lain mengambil pendekatan yang sama seperti yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan negeri Selangor. Terima kasih Encik Khir dengan penyapu yang penuh bermakna itu. Bukan aku bermaksud bahawa itu pendekatan yang bagus dan beradab, tp boleh jadi pengajaran untuk mereka yang berkenaan. Kepada kerajaan negeri Selangor dan negeri-negeri yang mungkin ingin mengambil inisiatif yang sama, kalau ada peruntukan lebih-lebih sikit, cadangan penulis blog ini, adalah baik kiranya ditukar penyapu dengan "vacuum", barangkali boleh membuat pihak yang berkenaan tidak terlalu kecil hati.

p/s: sejak bercuti ni, sudah lama tidak pegang penyapu dan bersihkan bilik sendiri..

Habis sekejap

Entri ini sepatutnya ditulis lebih awal. Sepatutnya ditulis semasa aku mula-mula bercuti 2 Nov yang lepas. Tapi tak mengapa, masih relevan untuk ditulis. Pejam celik, pejam celik, rupanya tamat sudah tempoh setahun setengah aku menuntut di UiTM Kedah. Habis sekejap masa belajar. Tahun depan di tempat baru pula. Pengalaman memang banyak. Nak "story" semua sekali, memang tak berdaya. Orang pun "boring" nak baca. Paling penting di sini, terima kasih kepada semua yang terlibat yang mewarnai kehidupan UiTM Kedah. Kepada yang berkenaan, jumpa di "main campus" nanti.

Sana - Sini: Macam - macam Jadi

Ya, sudah selesai rupanya perhimpunan agung UMNO, sebelum menulis entri ini, aku membaca entri yang ditulis oleh Abang Lutfi diblognya "Dunia Tanpa Fiksyen". Bercakap tentang Bahasa Melayu ini, kadang - kala sungguh mengelirukan. Sebagai orang muda, sebagai remaja Malaysia, yang apabila lahir sahaja di dunia, terus merasa nikmat merdeka, tiada terasa sengsara penjajahan British, Jepun mahupun Bintang Tiga, dan tahu sedikit sebanyak tentang perjuangan UMNO, aku tak mahulah tengok yang buruk-buruk sahaja dalam UMNO, walaupun hakikatnya aku pun sensitif apabila Sains dan Matematik itu di "Bahasa Inggeris"kan. Bukanlah satu fenomena yang baik untuk Bahasa Melayu apabila kedua dua subjek ini diajar dalam Bahasa Inggeris, tetapi impaknya bukanlah seratus peratus buruk kerana barangkali ada juga kebaikan apabila diajar dalam Bahasa Inggeris. Bahayanya pun mestilah ada - terjejaslah kedudukan dan nilai Bahasa Melayu itu sendiri.

Walau bagaimanapun, masih banyak lagi subjek-subjek lain diajar dalam Bahasa Melayu. Pendidikan Agama Islam, Sejarah, Ekonomi, dan macam macam lagilah subjek lain masih diajar dalam Bahasa Melayu. Malah orang Melayu masih ramai yang bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu, di Parlimen dan di dalam mahkamah, masih wajib menggunakan Bahasa Melayu. Pemimpin-pemimpin tidak kira pemimpin kerajaan dan pembangkang masih memberi ucapan dalam Bahasa Melayu. Kita ada DBP yang terus berusaha menerbitkan karya-karya Bahasa Melayu. Malah ada juga warga asing yang sudi belajar Bahasa Melayu.

Jadi, apa salah kalau kita sendiri, rakyat Malaysia, atas inisiatif sendiri, sebar-sebarkan bahasa kita yang tercinta ini kepada orang luar. Kalaupun hanya UMNO Johor sahaja yang berminat dalam isu Bahasa Melayu ini, maknanya masih ada yang prihatin.

Terima kasih kepada UMNO yang menjadi nadi perjuangan orang Melayu tetapi jujurnya tidak bermakna UMNO itu sempurna, masih ada cacat cela yang perlu diambil kira.

Petang semalam demo di KL. Aku tak sangka jadi juga demo. Polis berjaga jaga. Harap harap tiada yang kehilangan nyawa. Tiada negara yang sempurna, tiada negara yang total bersih politik, ekonomi dan sosialnya. Padaku, Malaysia ini sudah aman dan damai sangat kalau kita nak bandingkan dengan beberapa negara lain yang terlalu berkecamuk politik, ekonomi dan sosialnya. Jadi mengapa demo? Banyak lagi alternatif lain untuk menyuarakan pendapat pada kerajaan.

Buku Lama, Baru Baca - sambungan

Entri ni adalah sambungan kepada entri di bawahnya.. yerla, dah nama pun sambungan.. berbicara kembali tentang buku ini. Saudara Zabidi, pada penilaian peribadi aku, telah cuba menulis buku ini sejujur yang mungkin. "Arqam:Tersungkur di Pintu Syurga", adalah satu kerja yang mudah-mudahan mendapat keberkatan drpd Allah Ta'ala.

Apabila dalam proses membaca buku tulisan saudara Zabidi ini, aku sedar satu perkara, bukanlah semua perkara tentang Arqam itu buruk-buruk belaka. Secara praktikalnya aku juga tidak setuju dengan pengamalan Aurad Muhammadiah itu, kerana seperti yang dibincangkan dalam buku berkenaan, Aurad Muhammadiah itu memanglah tidak sama dengan jalan yang sepatutnya kita ikuti, iaitu Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jamaah..

Tetapi, ada tetapinya. Secara jujur aku kagum dengan organisasi Arqam itu sendiri. Pentadbirannya, aktiviti ekonominya yang mencakupi pelbagai sektor, memang sesuatu yang boleh dijarikan tauladan. Aku bukan katakan Arqam itu bagus, tetapi pendekatan dalam perkara lain itu, seperti aktiviti ekonomi, ada yang elok sebenarnya.

Walau bagaimanapun, bahagian yang paling aku suka dalam buku ini, apabila saudara Zabidi membongkar mengenai Yaqazah, yang konon-kononnya Asaari itu boleh berkomunikasi terus dengan Rasulullah s.a.w. Apabila dibongkar, Asaari kata dia guna Azura, salah seorang isteri kepada pemimpin kanan Arqam sebagai orang perantara untuk berhubung dengan Rasulullah s.a.w. Memang tak masuk akal langsung.

Hakikatnya, si Azura ni, memang awal awal dah tau yang ada "something wrong" dengan Asaari. Dia pun tipu Asaari, bahawa dia boleh berhubung dengan Rasulullah s.a.w, memang Asaari kena tipu hidup-hiduplah. Dia tipu Asaari sebab dia nak terus berdamping dengan Asaari dan hidup senang kerana boleh dikatakan "finance" Arqam memang "steady".

Akhirnya, atas segala usaha, tiada lagi Arqam, tetapi baru-baru ini ada jugak berita-berita yang mengingatkan rakyat Malaysia tentang saki baki pengikut Arqam yang mungkin masih seperti dulu lagi, tak berubah-ubah.

Buku lama, tetapi baru baca, ini buku yang patut semua orang baca, jangan terkecuali walaupun seorang penduduk Malaysia. Buku lama, masih boleh baca lagi, banyak teladan yang boleh dicontohi, banyak juga benda yang tak elok wajar dan mesti dijauhi. Kita bukan manusia sempurna, tapi janganlah sampai akidah rosak binasa.

p/s: Maaf kerana dicampuraduk dengan Bahasa Inggeris, tetapi telah saya ikat dengan pengikat kata supaya tidak dikatakan sesuka hati menggunakan bahasa rojak, walaupun sebenarnya agak rojak juga... Sesiapa belum baca buku ini, bolehlah cuba cari di kedai-kedai buku, itu pun kalau ada di pasaran lagi.

Buku Lama, Baru Baca

Semalam, lebih kurang pukul 1245pagi, aku baru selesai menghabiskan sebuah buku. Buku lama diterbitkan pada tahun 1998,waktu aku berumur 12tahun, tapi baru sekarang aku bacanya, pada tahun 2007 dikala usiaku sudah 21tahun.

Sudah beberapa bulan buku itu berada di rak buku atas meja tulis dalam bilikku. Bilik di rumah, bukan bilik asrama. Baru 2-3 hari lepas baru terasa hendak membacanya. "Arqam:Tersungkur di Pintu Syurga". Itulah tajuk buku berkenaan, ditulis sendiri oleh bekas penasihat undang-undang al-arqam. saudara Zabidi. Very interesting. Sesiapa membacanya, akan peroleh satu sudut pandangan yang lebih hakikat daripada kaca mata salah seorang bekas pemimpin arqam yang paling kanan.

Masa Cuti

Cuti datang lagi, dapat menulis blog kembali. Bulan Oktober aku sangat sibuk menghadapi peperiksaan akhir, terlalu banyak itu dan ini yang perlu ditangani. Banyak perkara yang berlaku akhir - akhir ini, angkasawan Malaysia ke angkasa, pelancaran ECER, perhimpunan UMNO, kes Altantuya yang tak habis-habis dan penuh dengan kejutan, buku buku sastera yang asyik diterbitkan hingga aku tak sempat nak kejar kesemuanya.. ahh, dan banyak lagi sebenarnya..

Sekarang ada 3 blog yang aku tangani, masih baru dalam hal ehwal blog, banyak lagi perlu belajar, hasil tulisan di blog ini pun belum mencapai tahap memuaskan.. Terus menulis, barangkali itu resepinya.. sikit sikit lama jadi bukit..

Selamat bercuti untuk budak budak universiti, hingga jumpa lagi di semester baru yang penuh cabaran untuk dihadapi.. Sekian untuk kali ini.. :)

Sebuah kesibukan

ini adalah sebuah cerita tentang kesibukan.. tentang kehidupan yang kadang kala di rasai penuh dengan tekanan, tugasan tugasan yang perlu diselesaikan semakin berlambakan..

kerja itu dan kerja ini perlu siap dalam masa yang telah ditetapi, tiada lagi alasan itu dan alasan ini.. banyak benda nak dikemaskini dan diperbaharui...

lima subjek yang mencabar. buat semangat terbakar, tapi ada masanya semangat itu mahu juga pudar..

ambil sedikit kesempatan di hujung kelas ekonomi ini, meluah rasa yang terbuku di hati.. mahu sekali dilegai.. di sana masih banyak yang menanti.. jumpa lagi..

Apabila malam senyum padaku

Aku cuma penulis sambilan, menulis di blog dan menulis sajak. Menulis blog, tidak memerlukan aku mencari idea, ilham atau mengubah kata - kata yang puitis - puitis belaka. Masalahnya, elemen puitika itu sendiri amat penting dalam menulis sajak, maka aku bukanlah selalu dapat menulis sajak.. adalah sesuatu yang amat seronok andaikata dapat menghasilkan sebuah sajak setiap hari.

Aku biasanya menulis sajak pada malam hari, bila pena itu lancar sahaja menghasilkan bait bait yang puitis - puitis belaka, itulah waktu aku merasakan malam senyum padaku. Sayangnya, malam tidak senyum padaku pada setiap kali dia hadir. Kadangkala aku sendiri disibukkan oleh pelbagai tugasan sebagai pelajar undang-undang. Bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah bagiku sebagai seorang yang suka menulis.

Esok hari cuti, tidak ada kelas.. Harap harap malam ini, malam senyum padaku..

Sebuah Tulisan yang Perlahan

Kasih sayang pada blog ini tidak berbelah bagi.. Sebuah perjalanan penulisan yang perlahan di blog ini bukanlah simbolik pada rasa kecewa atau putus asa, atau tidak mahu menulis blog lagi. Kesibukan yang tak menentu, maka blog ini pun tidak menentu keadaannya.. Aku tetap mahu menulis, kerana aku suka menulis... Tunggulah.. Blog ini nescaya tidak akan hilang lagi ruhnya..

Mengharap Zaman Yang Lebih Baik

Menyusur hidup yang hampir mencecah 21 tahun ini bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah.. jatuh bangun pengalaman hidup menjadi guru terbaik. Dalam sedar atau tidak, 1428H sudah menghadirkan diri bakal membawa cerita baru dan untuk mengenang cerita lama. Setiap yang terjadi tahun lepas (1427H), moga menjadi sejarah yang akan mengajar aku untuk menghadapi tahun baru ini dengan lebih baik.

1428 ini, aku mengharapkan zaman yang lebih baik, jauh daripada bencana dan sentiasa dilimpahi rahmat, dan setiap ukhwah yang terjalin, akan terus kekal takkan putus putus. Mengharap zaman yang lebih baik bukanlah perkara yang senang senang begitu, terlalu byk perkara tentang diri sendiri, luar dan dalam yang mesti diperbaiki. Alam dan orang di sekelilingku juga mempengaruhi harapanku tentang zaman yang lebih baik.

Selamat datang 1428, hadirmu aku sambut dengan sejuta syukur dan segunung harap bersama selembar doa yang kan ku ulang hari hari. Sejarah mengajar aku tentang harapan zaman yang lebih baik.

Selamat Tahun Baru buat semua insan di dunia tetapi tahun baru ini sedikit tercemar pada pandanganku kerna matinya Saddam dengan penuh kontroversi dan kini di byk tempat, kita melihat ada rasa tidak puas berikutan hukuman mati yang dijatuhkan ke atas Saddam.

Sudah agak lama aku tidak menulis di blog ini, kerna aku juga sibuk mengendalikan satu lagi blog yang aku rasa sama penting dengan blog aku ni, malah kadang - kadang aku rasa blog tu lebih penting daripada blog aku sendiri.

Hari Khamis ni aku chow balik kampus dan blog ini akan kembali jadi slow.

Cemerlangkah kita?

Semasa tengah sarapan pagi ini saya mendengar kuliah dalam rancangan bicara mufti yang disiarkan di RTM1. Antara perkara menarik yang diperkatakan beliau ialah hakikat kecemerlangan. Bagaimana sebenarnya kita mengukur kecemerlangan itu sendiri?

Secara ringkasnya kita melihat cemerlangnya seorang pelajar apabila dia memperoleh keputusan peperiksaan yang baik. Kita melihat cemerlangnya seorang peniaga apabila dia mengaut banyak keuntungan dan membuka banyak cawangan. Kita melihat cemerlangnya seorang ahli politik apabila dia dengan jayanya memberi khidmat kepada rakyat lantas dapat bertahan dalam parti untuk beberapa penggal. Itu cemerlang yang kita nampak. Tapi apakah mereka ini betul - betul cemerlang, benarkah cemerlang begini cemerlang dalam erti kata sebenar?

Cemerlangkah seorang pelajar universiti yang mendapat keputusan 4.o tiap tiap semester tetapi tidak pernah mendirikan solat 5 waktu sehari semalam. kalau didirikan pun mungkin 3 atau 2 waktu sahaja. Cemerlangkah seorang peniaga yang untung juta juta ringgit tapi mengamalkan riba' dan menipu pelanggan. Cemerlangkah seorang ahli politik yang bertahan banyak penggal tapi menerima dan memberi rasuh, menipu duit rakyat dalam diam. ??? Benar cemerlangkan mereka semua ini?

Sesungguhnya hari ini kita masih belum dapat melihat hakikat kecemerlangan. Terlalu banyak penipuan dalam negara kita ini, terlalu banyak kepura-puraan, terlalu banyak retorik-retorik yang sekadar mahu menyedapkan hati rakyat.

Satu lagi, kita masih belum cemerlang, kalau kita belum sama - sama dapat merasai perit sengsara yang dideritai oleh saudara-saudara di Palestin, Iraq, Lubnan dan kita masih belum cemerlang kalau kita tidak kenal dan tidak tahu hal perjuangan demi menegakkan Islam yang dipikul saudara - saudara se-Islam kita seperti yang sedang dilakukan oleh Hamas dan Hizbullah.

Semoga, setiap nafas kita, akan menjadikan kita lebih baik dan cemerlang. InsyaAllah.

MPR 2006

Saya baru pulang dari Minggu Penulis Remaja 2006. Syukur, banyak manfaat yang saya peroleh daripada MPR ini. Banyak ilmu baru yang saya peroleh. Jika diizin Allah, saya akan sedaya upaya memanfaatkan segala ilmu tersebut demi kebaikan agama, bangsa dan negara.

Bertemu dengan orang - orang besar sastera, penulis penulis muda yang sedang mencipta nama dan telah mencipta nama serta sahabat sahabat baru yang baru setahun jagung dalam alam penulisan tapi punya wawasan yang besar memang merupakan pengalaman yang tidak akan hilang daripada ingatan ( melainkan saya jadi gila ).

Paling penting, saya ucapkan terima kasih tidak terhingga kepada pihak DBP terutamanya kepada Abang Shahrun, Kak Zeti dan Kak Yaya selaku sebahagian daripada urusetia MPR yang banyak membantu kami sepanjang kami mengikuti MPR yang mereka selia ini.

Juga berbanyak terima kasih kepada mentor mentor - Kak Nisah, Kak Rai, Abang Zaid, Abang Shamsuddin, dan Abang Lutfi kerana sudi berkongsi ilmu dan pengalaman sebagai penulis. Jasa kalian akan terus dikenang dan InsyaAllah secara peribadi saya akan terus kuat menulis dan pastinya rakan rakan yang lain juga akan tegar dan tabah menulis, sesekali tidak akan menghancurkan harapan pihak DBP dan mentor mentor.

Buat sahabat sahabat MPR 06, jangan dilupa kenangan manis dan ingat kita ada perjuangan yang mesti dilaksanakan dan kita punya tanggungjawab yang perlu dipenuhi dan di pundak kita terpikul amanah besar demi memelihara kedaulatan dan kesucian agama, bangsa dan negara.

Tengah tengah malam cam ni, aku baru lepas habis packing barang nak pergi Minggu Penulis Remaja (MPR) kat Port Dickson ahad ni. Pagi nanti bertolak pergi KL dulu, stay kat rumah aunty ,pagi nanti gerak dengan family. Lepas hantar aku hari ahad nanti, ibu dengan abah nak bawak adik adik pergi cuti cuti kat Melaka.

Aku macam tak percaya je dapat offer dari Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka untuk join MPR tu. Syukur, syukur. Harapnya dapat la aku tambah ilmu dan pengetahuan aku tentang alam penulisan ni. Sehubungan dengan itu, blog ini tak akan di update lebih kurang dalam masa seminggu bermula sebentar lagi sampai sabtu minggu depan.

Aku pun tak cukup rajin sebenarnya nak tulis entri ni, tapi nak tulis jugak walaupun pendek. That's all la.

Alhamdulillah, petang tadi selamat pulang dari Taiping.. Seronok dapat jumpa kawan - kawan, Nabil, Aliph, Suhel, Muim, Yeop, Rafie, Muhaimin.. Special thanks kat Nabil yg angkut aku kat Taiping, Aliph yang jadi drebar part time dan Muim yang tolong angkut aku ke stesen bas taiping petang tadi.

Main event jadi jugak. Bertandang kat rumah Puan.Hajerah, cikgu reka cipta juga cikgu akaun (pada Nabil la ) yang disayangi. Asal jumpa Puan. Hajerah je mesti byk cerita hot, dan itupun tujuan kiteorang pergi rumah beliau, nak dengar cerita hot pasal setiap yang berlaku kat MRSM Taiping. Nak harap kiteorang menapak kat Maktab tu, memang malas la.

Lepas ni tak tau la pulak bila dpt jumpa ngan dieorang dan bila la pulak dpt jumpa Puan Hajerah lagi. Cuti ni pun bukannya lama sgt, 2 atau 3 januari dah nak masuk balik dan nak struggle untuk new semester. Perjuangan masih panjang lagi. Pahala entah bertambah entah tidak, tapi dosa tetap jalan macam biasa.. Mohon sejuta keampunan dari Yang Maha Pengampun.. hidup ni tak pernah lepas daripada buat dosa..

Hari ni berdosa lagi.. Moga ada kasih sayang dari-Nya diampunkan dosa dan diberi masa untuk mohon maaf atas dosa sesama manusia.. Ya ALLAH, ampukanlah dosa dosa hambamu ini dan diberi kekuatan untuk memohon maaf daripada manusia lain.. AMIN YA RABBALAL'AMIN..

Sedar tak sedar dah habis pun satu semester aku punye pre degree law. Ade 2 sem lagi nak diharung. Lepas tu ada 8 sem nak diharung masa degree. Perghh... Susah hati.. Sedar tak sedar dah dekat 3 tahun aku berpisah dengan kawan kawan KPM mase di KMB dulu dulu.. Bila dikenang kenang balik.. kadang kadang rasa rindu gak kat dieorang semua. Tapi takper..

Cuti - cuti barangkali aku rasa aku tak tau nak buat ape. Walaupun dah ade 2 , 3 event, tapi cam tak best gak cuti ni selagi result exam belum sampai kat rumah.. So cuti pun rasa cam tak cuti sgt sebenarnya. Tapi takper..

Alhamdulillah, dengan izin Tuhan aku telah melalui hari pertama bulan Ramadan dengan selamat. Walaupun berpuasa di Malaysia ( sebab cita cita nak berpuasa kat negara orang tak kesampaian ) tetapi aku tetap bersyukur kerana masih dipanjangkan umur dipertemukan dengan Ramadan lagi tahun ini. Ku berharap Ramadan kali ini penuh makna.

Mudah - mudahan dapat melalui hari - hari seterusnya di bulan mulia ini dengan kesabaran dan ketaqwaan, Insyaallah.
